Trauma to Triumph

Healing Through Experience.

Healing Through Experience.Healing Through Experience.

About Me

Elaine

Hey, Im Elaine- a 49-year-old mum of four, a survivor and the founder of Trauma To Triumph. My life hasn't been easy. I'm a survivor of Childhood sexual abuse, Domestic Violence, and I live with Complex PTSD and other mental health challenges, but my story doesn't stop at the trauma. That was just the beginning. For years I felt silenced, isolated and stuck in Survival Mode. Therapy helped me some, but what I craved most was to connect with people who Truly understood-not just academically, but through lived experience. People who could say "I've been there too" and mean it. That's why I created Trauma To Triumph- a space for real talk, real connection, and real healing. Whether your in therapy, on a waiting list or have never stepped foot in a session, your'e welcome here. We hold space for every part of the journey- with NO judgement, NO sugarcoating, and NO pretending to be "fine". I'm NOT a professional therapist. I'm a professional SURVIVOR. And if you've ever felt alone in your pain I want you to know; YOU'RE NOT BROKEN. YOU'RE NOT ALONE. AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO CARRY IT ALL BY YOURSELF ANYMORE. This is more than a support group this is a Movement. From Trauma To Triumph- TOGETHER,

About me

Sara

Hi , Im Sara-  a proud mum of three, Karaoke enthusiast, diamond art lover, and someone who's walked through some of life's darkest moments and found strength on the other side. I live with PMDD, PTSD  and BPD, and i know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, misunderstood and alone. I bring not just personal insight,  but deep empathy from lived experience- whether its navigating the chaos of mental health, living with someone battling addiction, surviving narcassistic relationships and domestic violence, or just trying to keep going when everything feels like too much. I've been there. And i believe that healing starts when we feel heard, believed and supported without judgement. At Trauma to Triumph, i'm here to be that listening ear. Whether you need to talk, vent, cry , or just be-I've got you. Your NOT alone. Your not broken. And your absolotely worth fighting for.

About me

Abbie

Hey, I'm Abbie- I'm 23, a proud mum of one and my son is the absolute centre of my world. Life hasn't exactly been kind or easy. Health challenges have always been a part of my journey, and right now, I'm in the process of getting answers around a chronic condition called Dystonia. It affects my daily life in a lot of ways, but I refuse to let it define me. What does define me? My creativity. I've always been someone who finds healing and expression through art-whether I'm painting, drawing, crocheting or its music. I  even have a little art room at home that's become my happy place- a space that reminds me of who I am beyond the illness. I wanted to be part of Trauma To Triumph because I know how isolating it can feel when your body suddenly turns against you, and no one seems to really get it. There weren't many people saying "Hey I've been there- I understand" when I first became unwell. I want to be that person for someone else. Sometimes, just hearing "I know how that feels" can make all the difference. We may not chose the battles we face, but we do get to choose how we show up for others walking a similar path. And that is why I am here.

About me

Megan

Hi , I'm Megan- turning 30 this September and walking into this new chapter with purpose and power.I'm a proud mum of four incredible kids. My eldest son lives with AUTISM and ADHD, and my oldest daughter is currently being assessed for ADHD- both of them are teaching me more about love, resilience and neurodiversity every single day. For 9 years i survived an abusive relationship that left deep emotional scars. Two years ago, the weight of it all hit hard, and i experienced a mental breakdown that led to a stay in my local mental health hospital. During that time, I was diagnosed with , DEPRESSION,ANXIETY,BPD, PTSD and ADD. Heavy stuff- but also the start of a deep healing journey. Since then, i've done the work. i've learned more about myself than i ever thought possible. With the right support, the right medication, and a whole lot of self-discovery, i've found my strength again. Today, i'm not just surviving- i'm thriving.i'm in a healthy, loving relationship, and my four beautiful children are growing, glowing and flourishing right alongside me. I am living proof that even after the darkest storms, you CAN rebuild, you can reclaim your power. you can rise.

Transform Your Life with Trauma to Triumph

Arlene

I’m 38 and from Lanark, Scotland. I’ve always had a passion for helping others — it’s just part of who I am. Whether it’s day or night, if someone needs support, I do my best to be there.

These days, though, my number one priority is my son, who came into my life nine years ago and changed everything for the better. Being his mum is the most important role I’ve ever had.

I’m also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of my father — a truth that shaped much of my early life. For a long time, I carried that pain in silence. But I’ve learned, through experience, that keeping it bottled up only eats away at your soul. It’s heavy, exhausting, and lonely.

Talking about it — even just one small step at a time — can be life-changing. Healing begins when we feel heard, believed, and supported. That’s why I’m always here to listen. You’re not alone, and you never have to carry this by yourself.
